VEA LEARNING CENTER offers individualized tutorial for students who wish to improve their grades and to excel in school. With dedicated tutors and our child-specific mentoring system, we aim to bring out the best in each student in every step of the way towards academic excellence.
To parents, we can be your partner in helping your child get higher grades, acquire adequate learning skills and develop good study habits. By providing a center that is conducive to learning, we ensure that your child also acquires a positive attitude towards learning.
Our enrichment programs equip students with adequate knowledge in specific subjects. We make sure that students understand basic concepts and principles. Developing and reinforcing their basic learning skills through practice and application are as important to get the needed results. Available throughout the year and specially during summer, these programs are a big help in inspiring students to learn as they get a big picture of and interesting insights into the subject like Math and Science for example. With sustained interest, learning with appreciation takes place.
VEA Learning Center, in addition, has more than fifteen years of experience conducting review classes for UPCAT or the UP College Admissions Test, for students preparing for admission to the University of the Philippines, Ateneo University, De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas and other universities and colleges. The PSHS REVIEW, an intensive preparation for the entrance tests to Philippine Science High School and other high schools, has always been part of our summer and early schoolyear review offerings.
Since the implementation of the K-12 curriculum of the Department of Education, VEA Learning has offered review classes for students moving up to Junior High School and Senior High School and Kindergarten or Grade 1. These programs have been effective in preparing students to the next level in the academic ladder. Since the center mentors students during the school year, we have a clear and realistic view and understanding of the students’ level of proficiency as well as their weakness and strength. Reviews are then regularly updated and revised based on our evaluation of student performance in the most recent year.
